Modified: regional station/place extraction, reference centers for station areas,
300m duplicate station grouping, Japanese/local name selection, nearest reference
names and distances for density peaks. The reference extracts, source OSM IDs,
query, OSM update timestamp and raw hash are recorded in the regional manifest.
stations.json and places.json are the modified OSM reference tables under ODbL.
Peak name reference fields are OSM-derived; density values are computed from
Foursquare OS Places, with its separate Apache 2.0 license and NOTICE.
